    Born Amanda Michelle Blank on July 9, 1976 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Height 5'4". Mother named her after the Barry Manilow song 'Mandy'. Raised by her grandparents. Mandy was a majorette in high school, where she won a national championships in baton twirling. She once performed her amazing baton twirling at a Detroit Lions football game in front of 80,000 people. She was also a cheerleader with the Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League. Moved from Florida to Los Angeles, California to be nearer to her boyfriend (2001).

    From the USA. Born in Fort Hood, Texas on October 26, 1970. Height 5'5"; eyes: light brown. Raised in Castroville, Texas. She has been on more magazine covers than any other fitness competitor or fitness model. Monica started in 1990 on the bikini and leg contests circuits in nightclubs around San Antonio. She worked for four years as a cocktail waitress during these times, and was a Budweiser girl. One of her first covers was the 1994 November edition of Muscle & Fitness magazine. Monica has an older brother named Philip, who is a year and a half older. She has a strong interest in horses, and in track and field. Monica went to a private fine arts women's college in Missouri called William Woods College, studying Equestrian Science and Marketing. In 1999, Monica has a contract with Universal Nutrition to promote their products.
