    Born Sept 9, 1965 in Placentia, California. Height 5'7". Lives in Yorba Linda, California. Mother is named Yvonne, sister is named Chatter, brother is named Chuck. Has a dog, a chow named Diablo (2000). Raised in Placentia, California. Went to El Dorado High School in San Diego, where he played football, was his high school MVP, set a few rushing records. Introduced to the world of bodybuilding by John Brown. Went to Cal State Fullerton studying social psychology and planned on becoming a juvenile delinquency counselor. Shawn was the first bodybuilder to come out with a bobble-head doll.

  • Reeves, Steve
    Born Jan 21, 1926 in Glasgow, Montana. Height 6'1". Married twice, first to Sandra Jeanne Smith, then to Aline Czartjarwicz. His cuurent girlfriend is Debbie Englehorn. Nicknamed Mr. Everything. In 1948, Steve got a seven year contract with Paramount Studios. He almost got the part in the 1949 movie 'Sampson & Delilah' but could not lose the 15 pounds he needed to, and was let out of his contract. From 1948 to 1957, he worked as a promotion man for American Health Studios. With his perfect physique and flawless symmetry, Steve Reeves made the phrase 'V Taper' a popular phrase in bodybuilding.

    Steve also made two films during that time, "Jailbait" (1954), which was directed by Ed Wood and "Athena" (1954), a follow up to the movie 'Seven Brides for Seven Brothers'. In 1957, Steve made the movie 'Hercules' in Italy, which became an international phenomenom, and made hjim a star. Other films after Hercules include "Hercules II: Unchained" (1958), 'The White Warrior" (1959). "The Last Days of Pompeii" (1959), "Giant of Marathon" (1960), "Morgan the Pirate" (1960), "The Thief of Baghdad" (1961), "The Trojan Horse" (1961), "Duel of the Titans" (1961), "Avenger - Legend of Aeneas" (1962), "The Slave - Son of Spartacus" (1962), "Sandokan the Great" (1963), "Sandokan - Pirates of the Seven Seas" (1963), "The Long Ride from Hell" (1968).

    Steve retired from the movies when he hurt his shoulder in an on-set accident and could not get it right again. Reeve's also wrote a book 'Building the Classic Physique the Natural Way'. Steve is married to Deborah. He trains horses, and loves the outdoors. Steve was inducted into Joe Weider's Bodybuilding Hall of Fame in January 1999. Steeve Reeves died in May, 2000 from complications of the disease lymphoma.

  • Ross, Clarence 'Clancy'
    Born October 26, 1923 in Oakland, California. His parents divorced early, and Clarence was placed in an orphanage until he became an adult. In 1941, Clarence enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, and was stationed in la Junta, Colorado, and then was transferred to a base near Las Vegas, where he met Leo Stern, and became training partners. He was still in the service when he competed and won the 1945 AAU Mr. America contest. After leaving in 1945 the Air Force, Clarence opened a gym in Altedena, California. The first issue of 'Muscle Builder' magazine, August 1953, by Joe Weider, had Mr. Ross at the editorial helm. Clancy appeared in the 1940's short feature 'So You Want To Be A Muscle Man'.

    He was known as the 'King of Bodybuilders'. This was not for how many titles he had won, but for how his presence and aura lifted the sport. Mr. Ross was inducted into the Joe Weider Hall of Fame in the year 2000. Ross' name became legendary because of his proportionately blended muscularity, his graceful posing style and the aesthetics that earned him major magazine exposure. Mr. Ross played an important role during a very critical stage of the sport's expansion, and his infusion of class and personality did much to spread the bodybuilding word to the masses.

    Marcus was born on February 22, 1972 in Darmstadt, Germany. His height is 5'11". Marcus has one brother and one sister. His father passed away when he was 7 years old. Mother has a dressmaker. Marcus wanted to be a professional soccer player when he grew up. He was a good soccer player during his childhood. He started to train as a bodybuilder at age 20. When he started to train, he lost alot of his childhood friends, who did not have anything in common with him, as he went to the gym every day. But he made new ones. Nicknamed the 'German Beast'.
