At the Muscle Beach Seminars at the Mandalay Bay Hotel, Vickie Gates was showing the different techniques of working out, as well as posing for photographs and giving advice. Vickie has had an excellent 1999 competition year, winning the Ms. International and coming in 2nd at the Ms. Olympia. Vickie's main squeeze is non other than Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman.
