Premier Issue came out for the February / March 2001, but there was a Special American Health & Fitness that came out in September 2000, to see if there was a market for another type of this genre magazine. The Editor-In-Chief is Kerrie Lee Brown, the the initial cover was photographed by Skip Faulkner. The Premier issue had 228 pages.
