- To apply for Olympia Weekend 2005 Press Credentials, please follow these instructions:
- Download the OFFICAL OLYMPIA WEEKEND 2005 PRESS APPLICATION FORM
- Fill out the application form completely and mail to:

- All application forms must be completely filled out and received by SEPTEMBER 1, 2005 to be considered.
- We will contact you approximately 2 weeks after we receive your application form to confirm whether or not your request will be granted, and if so, how many passes you will be granted so that you can make your travel arrangements. Seating assignments and additional event details will be sent to you by October 1, 2005. We recommend you submit your application form as soon as possible if you want to book your travel early.
- Along with your application form, please submit a copy of your company letterhead and/or business card, and a recent issue of your publication.
- Make sure to include all of your contact information as requested on the application form so that we can contact you regarding your request.
