At the press conference, Dennis James was talking to Carlo Teani, an IFBB official, and promotor of the Joe Weider's Pro World in San Marino the following week. Also there was Milos Sarcev, who is the advisor and consultant to Dennis's first venture into the Mr. Olympia. Milos did not compete in this year's Olympia due to the injury he sustained with Synthol that almost killed him.
